At The Solent Wargamers Club we think its important to be part of something bigger, and get involved in the wider community of gaming.
We want you, our members, to go to as many events as possible and show off what a cool bunch we are.
So, we are starting a new scheme where you can get a payment for attending events!
Here are the guidelines:
- You must be a registered member of the club.
- Do not expect anymore than half of the entry/ticket price for the event.
- No travel, hotel, gaming, miniature, hobby or any other expense will be taken into account, just entry/ticket price.
- You must make the committee aware you are intending to go an event.
- It is the committee's decision to approve or decline the request.
- The payment will not be made before you go to the event.
- You must get a picture of you, at the event, wearing club apparrel.
- You must post a social media article about the event, tagging in the club appropriately.
- If you, in any way, bring the club into disrepute, you forfeit the payment.
- Payment will be made once the committee are satisfisied.
Each request will be dealt with on case by case basis, and funds are not unlimited.
